SEEING THE UNSEEN
Taking a guided audit of your life choices and finding your patterns.
We will be using a very specific exercise with a very specific tool that will take you through your life stages and help you to look specifically at the life roles you played at each of those stages.
You will identify how you made your choices.You will also finally SEE the patterns, triggers, and your unconscious blindspots that are holding you back from thriving in your life, and your career.

When it comes to auditing your life choices, you will literally list them all down. This activity will get you to see the choices you made.
I’m not a fan of ‘trying to remember’ so in this hour, you will look at your choices and identify your patterns of decision-making.
Life is never a simple process and that means in this hour, you will dive into the different life roles you have and had. You will reflect on the role descriptions and the strategies you used to make your choices.
As you do your work, you’ll have my eyes reviewing and prompting you with my exceptional trigger-busting-blindspot-blasting questions that will help you see what you can’t see!

PROCESS & STRATEGY
I teach you how to do your career discovery.
I teach you how to do your career research.
I will give you the resources that will be relevant for you.You are going to do a LIVE exercise in the room with me and get my 100% guidance.
This hour is very personalised and the work you do is about getting informed and teaching you how to explore your employable options.
I’m taking you behind the scenes of my personal process to help you explore what you want, understand how it will transform you, and amplify your drive to succeed in your career.

When it comes to discovering your career, I will nudge you to reflect on the patterns you identified in hour 1 and extract key words. Imagine this part of the hour as the window shopping experience of your potential career.
Once you’ve exhausted your list of potential career interests, I will teach you how to research the ins-and-outs of the occupations you are curious about. This is the part of the hour when you take the occupations and review them as a holistic experience.
I don’t believe in generic advice, so, in this hour, I will give you exactly the right resources that will be relevant for your aspired geographic location.
No one leaves hour two until they have completed a LIVE exercise and you will be given my recommendations for enhancing your research strategy.
You will have my eyes on your work and I will give you clarity at every step of your career research in this hour.
INSIDE HOUR 3
SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
I am going to walk you through my strategy to map out how your triggers, career options, and life choices align now that you’ve done the work.
You're going to create a personalised accountability agreement to use every time life hits you.
You’re going to learn how to self-coach using my scripts that will flip your self-talk even on your darkest of days.
In one hour, you’ll walk away empowered with awareness and the strategy to stay accountable and achieve your career goals.

This is the hour where you will take your hour 1 and hour 2 findings and piece them together. You will use my specialised strategy map outline to create your action plan for the next month.
I will give you my specialised template to create a solid agreement with yourself that will keep you accountable to your next career decisions even when life feels stormy.
I believe in self-empowerment and independence and this is the process that I used at every milestone of my life. In this hour, I’m going to share my self-coaching scripts and you will not leave the room until you’ve tested them on yourself in front of me.

In the midst of these struggles, I discovered that my career was my hidden strength—a life jacket that kept me afloat during my darkest moments. It wasn’t about salary; it was about purpose and empowerment. I learned that I had to save myself because there was no Prince Charming coming to my rescue.
